Kebbi State Government has set a Committee of two ministry Which are Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and Ministry of Animal Husbandry including State Association of Cattle rearer to enlighten the Fulani on the need to stay home and rear their Cattles.

The Committee under the leadership of Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Rt. Hon Hassan Muhammad Shallah Gwandu arrived Tsamiya Village of Bagudo Local Government to meet with Traditional Rulers and Fulani Leaders in the area.

In his Welcome address the Chairman Bagudo Local Government area Hon Muhammad Kwara Dan Hakimi Zagga welcome the Committee and state the purpose of the visitation in the area which he mentioned that is to enlighten the Fulani Community on the need to stay home for the benefit of them in Particular and Kebbi State in General.

The Hon Commissioner Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Rt. Hon Hassan Muhammad Shallah aslo in his remarks says we are here to interact with you in order to provide a peaceful atmosphere as government of the day, in this regard our interface is greatly needful, meant for our government is ever ready assist you.

Commissioner also added that issue arising the State of leaving between Fulani and farmers in the State need to be address and find the absolute solutions.

The Commissioner Animal Husbandry ably represented by Permanent Secretary Hajiya Fatima Sani Udu expressed readiness of state Government to assist the Cattle rearer in the State by providing them RUGGA in which they stay home calmly.

In his Closing remark the Sarkin Ilo who spoke on behalf of the traditional rulers of the area admonishes Fulani to remain law abiding.
