The Founder of Abega Education Foundation Amb. Idris Umar Abega (Sarkin Sudan Akko) has commended for his humanitarian activities in Gombe State.
According to a statement signed by the Acting Secretary of Tsamiya Community development, Adam Umar Kumo, and made available to Newsmen on Thursday.
He said “We are expressing our gigantic deepest appreciation to Amb. Abega, in the past couples of months Abega has under his foundation sponsored the building of Daudarissa Teachers Quarters in Anguwan Tsamiya Kumo.
This is the first of its kind that someone had sponsored the building, salaries of staff and free accommodation to the staffs which make it completely free to the students without requesting anything from students/parent under Abega Education Foundation”.
Abega is true humanitarian and philanthropist per excellence. The kind gesture of this gentleman is commendable and remarkable worthy of emulation from all concerned members of Kumo community and Akko Local Government at large.
He further said that, Daudarissa School Have 2 blocks of 4 class rooms including two offices very well equipped.
Similarly Abega open another Islamiyya School Named After His late Mother (Hajiya Dadale Higher Islam) the school designed for married women to further their religious studies.
He added that,” Since 2003 Abega Education Foundation has been doing many things and recorded a lot of achievements.
Abega Education foundation has sponsored many students that have gratuated from various institutions as of today.
“The other achievements include paying SSCE and Jamb, Sponsoring of extra moral classes, contributions of teaching materials to the public schools such as; books, chalk, black boards among other teaching materials.”
“On behalf of Tsamiya Community Development we can’t just keep quite without and appreciating what he has done.
We don’t have anything to pay you back except continued keeping proper prayers for you and your family may Almighty Allah rewarded you abundantly ameen.”
