Separating wheat from the chaff is not an easy task to someone who is battling with economic hardship and blackmail are all angles.
And this is the sad story of most of our people in Arewa whom we are calling to be unbiased not to generalized the action of few Igbo Christians.
It is such a big shame that people who complained bitterly on Fulanization and Islamitization of Nigeria turned out to be the ones with ulterior motive.
Imagine some Christian fanatics whom we accommodate to live among us, only for them to purposely abduct our children, convert them to Christianity and sell them into slavery to their brethren in far away Igbo land. We see everyone around us as family not knowing we are living with foes.
Where are they human right activist, why are they silent? Where are the nationalist, why are they silent? Oh, I remembered the victims are from North. The region where Hausa and Fulani are they majority, where Islam dominate and their voice speaks only against Northerners and with specific interest in thier culture, values, norms and religion. They only speak on false accusation in an attempt to delibrately cause damage to the image and reputation of Arewa.
We can now easily understand that what is good for the goose is not good for gander. Because the public outcry for Ese Oruru can not be compared with these minors whose identity was changed and sold to slavery.
